Brennan Fournerat is the principal real estate developer at Fournerat Development in New Orleans, LA.  After Hurricane Katrina, he began purchasing and renovating flooded single family homes and duplexes.  As his interest grew, he decided to get his Masters in Sustainable Real Estate Development from Tulane University.  Upon graduation, he took the position as Vice President of Asset Management for Iberia Bank, where he renovated REO properties and prepared them for market. After years of redeveloping large commercial and multi-family complexes for Iberia, he decided to go out on his own.  Brennan now focuses on building luxury homes, condominium complexes, and neighborhood developments with a volume of roughly $7 - $10 million per year.  As part of his business plan, he also acquires and renovates small to mid size commercial and residential buildings which he holds for rental income.
